We all have ups and downs and so far through this lockdown I've had ups and downs. This week was a very big down. Properly struggled the past week.
I got on my bike for the first time and managed to cycle 10km which I was pretty happy with, but I've also suffered from really bad shin splints which came out of no where. I'm now unable to walk properly let alone run. I've got a support bandage on and icing my shins every 3-4hours. I'm fed up of always something being wrong :-(
Let's hope this week coming is better.
